What is the Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction?
The CPC60220 Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (Management) is a nationally recognised qualification for experienced professionals developing advanced construction-management capability for large and complex projects.
The qualification covers advanced application of structural principles, building codes, Australian Standards and legal frameworks. It does not itself authorise unrestricted building work; licensing scope is decided by the relevant state or territory regulator.
Students develop expertise in applying building codes to large projects, establishing contract administration frameworks, assessing construction faults, implementing environmental management processes, and ensuring compliance with legal obligations across complex multi-stakeholder developments.
