4. How We Share Your Information
As a Registered Training Organisation, we are required by law to share certain student information with government and regulatory bodies. We may disclose your personal information to:
- Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) — our national regulator, for compliance audits and quality assurance
- National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER) — for national VET data collection and reporting (AVETMISS)
- USI Registry System — to create, verify, or link your Unique Student Identifier
- State and territory training authorities — where required for funding, licensing, or regulatory purposes
- Professional licensing bodies — such as the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) or equivalent state bodies, where your qualification relates to a licence application
- Third-party service providers — including our learning management system provider, customer relationship management (CRM) provider, payment processors, and IT service providers, bound by contractual confidentiality obligations
- Advertising and analytics partners: Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), so we can measure which of our ads lead to enquiries and enrolments. When you make an enquiry, we may share your email address and phone number with them in hashed form. Hashing turns your details into a scrambled code before they leave us, so the partner can match it to an ad click but cannot read it. We may also share the ad click identifier that your browser carried to our website
Some of these providers, including Google, Meta and our CRM provider, store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure overseas recipients handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We only share information beyond the above with your explicit consent or where required by law.

- Complain — lodge a complaint with us if you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC)
